Head Chef, Patrick Moore is a highly creative chef with an impressive background and amazing skills. His emphasis on ingredients and simple yet beautiful cuisine has been the backbone to the creation of one of the most talked about restaurants in the area.
Patrick brings his wealth of knowledge to The Lounge from well know London venues – Nobu in Hyde Park, Millennium Hotel in Knightsbridge and Cocoon in Regents Street.

The incredible transformation of Andover House and The Lounge is all down to Norfolk Coast Developments Ltd. Since opening in May 2008, many guests staying and dining with us have commented on the stunning makeover in both the renovation of the property and the interior design.
The tired décor and floral carpets all too often associated with the seaside hotels of yesteryear have been replaced by contemporary style. The properties original double staircase has been repaired and polished, cast iron fireplaces from the top floor have been dug out of walls to create features in the ground floor public areas. The hand pressed, decorative ceiling coving and cornices have been lovingly restored.
The rather masculine and luxurious look for this grand and imposing interior has been created using a flocked black wallpaper and creamy walls with contemporary, chunky furniture.
