We have 27 rooms over 3 floors. No lifts are available so if you have difficulty with stairs, call us to discuss what rooms are available on the ground and first floor. All room types are described on the 'Rooms' page.

Where restrictions on travel no longer exist, we will be applying your published cancellation policies. However, if you cannot travel to Andover House at last minute due to a Covid-19 related issue, we will continue to allow travellers to simply move their stay to a future date of travel if restrictions remain by governmental measures such as quarantines and lockdowns.
No! Our hotel is 100% smoke free.
The hotel is located on a street with plenty of un-restricted parking spaces. It can get busy during peak times, so a little patience is needed on those busy days. The streets around us are also un-restricted.

Andover House sits on a tree lined avenue opposite the Sea Life Centre and Wellington Pier. We are very close to the beach, amusements, centre of town, Outer Harbour and Quay.
Norwich has trains running in and out of Great Yarmouth every day. Once you arrive at the Great Yarmouth train station, a taxi ride is only 5 minutes or a 20-minute walk to the hotel.
Depending on which way the Sat Nav takes you, the best way to see Great Yarmouth on arrival is to drive along the seafront. When you reach the Sea Life Centre and Casino, you're almost here!
Reception is open until approximately 11pm but we can check you in later. If the doors are closed, call the number in the menu box between the front doors and our live-in member of team will welcome you.
Our hotel is for the over 13’s only. It creates a quieter, more 'grown up' space for those working or wanting to get some much-needed adult time.

Check in is from 3pm to allow our housekeepers time to get your room ready.

The Copper Kitchen restaurant serves Monday to Thursday with table reservations recommended. If you wish to book a table Friday to Sunday, then you must pre-book before 10am on the day of sitting.
The bar is open from 11am every day and serves a great selection of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails.

We don’t cater for weddings, but our bedrooms are popular for those on honeymoon, families attending local weddings and we are only a 2-minute walk from The Royal Assembly Rooms which hosts many wedding events.

The Grosvenor Casino is a 2 minute walk so our rooms are popular with guests enjoying a flutter!
