Our chefs create fresh, seasonal dishes using local ingredients, now with subtle Korean influences inspired by our South Korean chef, adding a unique twist to familiar favourites.

Sandra, who has been with us since the beginning, now leads the kitchen, making everything from scratch — from handmade burgers to fruity sorbets. Alongside her, Dennis (DongJoo) brings authentic Korean flavours and sauces, creating a perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
